Op here. So i need to be mentally strong? Any other advice. I treat this guy really well and he shits on me on an almost daily basis. He does it to everyone at work but they all put up with it.

Yeah it's frustrating that he's way smaller than me and 2 years younger. Talks about how often he gets laid all the time. Dude doesn't even do his job. Just watches youtube videos all day.
