Getting out of a long term relationship here and it is getting hard to move on. Don't have friends, family or real hobbies. Stuck in a shity job and living with my ex. Any advice?

Get the fuck away from your ex, of course. Why'd it break apart if you're at the stage of living together? That's normally an interlude to marriage.

The first thing is love yourself man. Find a nice hobby, go to gym. Play soccer, baseball. Anything, first thing first. Love yourself, don't give a fuck about your ex. Learn to live again.
