a friend of mine committed suicide very recently. it's hard, and it really hurts. i don't know what to do. guess time will help.

this is true, especially in this case. but i'm thinking back to the last conversation we had, when he was confiding in me. i was high as fuck and i'm just sure i said all the wrong things. sometimes i'm not a very good friend.
at least i tried.
now i don't feel like working or seeing any other friends. just staying really high and trying not to feel.
The dead can't feel pain or observe time.
You shouldn't regret not preventing their suicide, they're at peace.
Choose life.
Suicide is a selfish act, usually made in a rash, short term decision.
Anything you said wouldn't have helped anyways. But really only time will help.
