Frenulum is a part of an uncut dick, a while back I was trying to stretch it because my skin was too tight and I loosened it but it got a few really tiny things on it that look like cracks or stretch marks or something, one side has them the other doesn't and I could swear that the one without them is more sensitive

Am I being paranoid and if not is there anything I can do to fix this? Steroid cream or something?

I went to one a while ago who said it was fine but I'm a burger so I don't really trust dick doctors here because of how fucking common it is for guys to be cut and its been shown that even doctors here fall for the cut meme and many of them are cut themselves

I worry that he didn't really know what a frenulum is or looks like so he couldn't make a proper call
