How does an autistic loser such as myself find IRL friends. I have plenty of online friends but I feel like a fucking failure because I don't have anyone I can even play mario party with.

First of all, stop browsing /b/ (I think you're the guy I stumbled upon). It fucks your socializing.
Second, just find literally any excuse like birthdays or movie premieres to hang out with other people, then just start frequenting the people you like the most.
Extra: Be a bit open about yourself, people like to listen, and be listened, say a lot, ask a lot. (just don't force it, be genuinely intrigued about topics you can dig about them).
Volunteer at a local food pantry. If there's a loading dock there,do it. The people there are there by themselves (meaning that there's no cliques or whatever) and most of them are there on community service, meaning they're not gonna judge you for whatever's fucked up with you. Again, this is specifically the loading dock. Come as often as is convenient for you. There will be regulars there. Talk with them, shoot the shit during down periods, get to know them. At some point offer to grab a drink/do some other shit with them. If anyone asks why you're doing it, just say some shit like "I want to do good in my community" because it makes you look like a super nice guy
