Guys, I need any advice on this whatsoever.
I've only slept with a few women, but I've always had problems.
If I use a regular condom, I usually go soft pretty quickly.
If I use an ultra-thin or go without, I blow way too fast.
I really want to be at least adiquet in bed. Does anyone have any suggestions? I might just shoot myself

Use polyisoprene condoms. Also best off during the day before you have sex ( but you're probably already doing that)

Also, don't masturbate as much, it deaden your sex drive (at least itdoes for me)
