There's different kinds of love. Besides, you're not talking about love, you're talking about trust. If you still completely trust him you're incredibly naive, but I imagine you can't tell him you love him because you're not sure you can trust him anymore. Even if you still have feelings for him, they can't be the same as before you found out. They just can't.
Your relationship isn't the same anymore. Try to work out your issues or get out and find someone you can trust again.
