My little brother is being catfished by this person for 3 months adn he wouldn't believe me. She said her name is Donna Joyce Montenegro originally from the Philippines but now recently moved to San Francisco. I traced her IP and it showed a Phillipine IP address. My little brother is crazy in love with this "woman" who is sending him these cute photos ans some nude ones. Anyone here familiar with the woman in the picture?
