Why is my neck so fuckin red all the time? I don't even have to scratch it, it's just red from the morning all day - cold and winter...
Also why's my bone in the middle of the chest like that? I thought it was Pectus carinatum or some shit when I was younger but it doesn't really fit it's diagnosis.

Nah, doesn't seem so. It's not itchy, there are no bumbs, it's just red as if you scratched your arm or blushed.

I get a similar rash from allergies, like very light allergies from certain food or fibres
probably your bed sheets or your breakfast.
