Stealing liquor from stores

One night I was pretty drunk and me and my sober friend went to two dofforent stores Walmart and target. Both times he would grab a bottle that was fat and thin and walk to like the general area were all the racks of cloths are then put it in his pants and walk out. He made sure there was no sucirity cap on it first of coarse. How effective if this method and is there any other sucirity tag/ stickers to look out for when stealing liquor

They hardly care. 2 drunks walk into a store and steal 10$ worth of beer in the middle of the night. Nobody paid minimum wage s gonna risk a broken nose over that.

This. As long as you make an attempt to sneak it, and don't make it in a blatantly obvious way you are good. They don't get paid enough to care.
Literally just pay for it.
