It's too late OP. You're a weak faggot and I think anything I say will be dust in the wind. If you really don't want to cheat though then you should maybe stop focusing on sex for awhile, hang out with friends or something, indulge in hobbies, anything that can keep your mind off fucking. I don't know why you need someone to help you, seems like you've got problems as most normally functional people would be capable of controlling themselves.
