Give yourself a break. Like, seriously, stop masturbating for a while. You don't have to turn into a NoFapper, don't do it with the expectation that it'll be a permanent thing that will turn your life around and give you superpowers, just treat it like a mental detox. Aim for a month without masturbating. If you only manage a week, that's fine, just try and make it another week, and another, until you can manage a month. And seriously, don't look at porn.
Start working out if you aren't already, mixed jogging etc with lifting. If you don't have access to a gym then look up some bodyweight exercises you can do around the house. Push ups, squats, crunches, whatever. Do your best to eat well, you don't have to be a fanatic but eat a balanced diet with enough protein & veggies and above all limit your sugar intake. Drink lots of water.
The two goals here are
1. To stimulate the production of actual testosterone in your body, which exercise & healthy living will do. It's a relatively small effect, but it's a real one. That'll increase your sex drive.
2. To get you feeling better about yourself. You'll feel more relaxed, confident, more in tune with your body, after taking really good care of yourself for a couple weeks. You know how you feel energized and healthy after doing something physical and eating well, and how you feel all disgusting after finishing off an entire pizza? You better believe that has an effect on your sex drive.
