Im constantly thirsty even though i drink tons of watet every day. Ive been like this for the past year and a half now.
Im scared i have diabetes and would rather commit suicide then let my parents know their fatass overweight son ate himself to diabetes at 19.
Im 5'8 228 lbs.

You're 19. Your body is still pumping test like its going out of style. Start walking, every day. Drink water constantly. When you're down to 180 or so, start lifting once a week. Work your way up to three times a week. Keep walking.
This is fixable. If I could do it in my 30s, you can do it in your teens.
Diabetes is easily controlled. At 19, at that weight, if you do have it there's a strong genetic component at play.
But there are other things that have thirst as a syptom. Find out.
Get diagnosed, take your meds, and you'll be fine.
Ive tried too many times to try and get healthy but i always fail. I'm not trustworthy for that.
Ive always wanted to be treated like trash and forced to work out but i cant. Bootcamps too expensive and army says im too fat.
