Not even fucking kidding get a hobby. Knew someone who wanted to kill themselves, decided they would try to shoot their brains out, but then got worried about surviving the bullet. He started researching into different guns and how they work and one thing led to another and now he's happy collecting antique battle rifles and making prop guns. You just need to find something that reminds you of how complex everything in life is and how you shouldn't take things for granted. Also it'll keep your mind busy and let you shelve your depression for a minute, making it easier to work on curing objectively.
