So I've started going through some hair loss last year, I've tried to not worry about it but lately it has been increasing. I am working on changing my lifesyle to be healthier and planning on going to the dermatologist to make sure it's not the worst (Genetics) getting to me.
My question is, is there any temporary solution to keep the hairloss at a minimum? I'm well aware that most stuff is BS but I'd like to hear your input, thanks.

There is no easy solution. If there as you wouldn't see bald men everywhere. The best you can do is take pills, use those hair liquids, and use special shampoo. They probably won't work but then you can at least rest knowing you tried everything short of surgery. Best you just try to overcome the fear of losing hair.

You guys are right, I gotta just ease up to the situation, it just gets really annoying having to get a good amount of strands of hair off my hands every time I shower
