Sup, /adv/, lately I've had a massive lack of motivation to do pretty much anything, and things I used to enjoy, such as video games and movies, have just felt very redundant, and I don't know what to make of it. Is this depression, or just some phase?
(Sorry if I sound like some tumblrfag, but I'm really feeling low, and I didnt really know what else to turn to)

i have no motivation for anything, nothing to look forward to, bored of life

sometimes i get sad thinking about how much of a loser i am and how i want to die, but i don't actually think of killing myself
High-functioning depression is a thing, senpais.
Speaking from ongoing experience.
Best advice: babysteps. Don't make it a thing that your gains are small and slow, it'll grow if you do.
