Plantar warts. They're harder to get rid of than normal warts too. Over the counter stuff MAY work, but it looks like yours are pretty spread out and deep.

I had to get mine burned out with a laser. No shit.

I cut mine out with a pair of toenail clippers after taking out the 'seeds' with a pair of tweezers. Would not recommend unless they start to bother you.
