I'm stupid as fuck and nothing I try learning sticks with me. I hate it, hate myself, and want to die. please teach me how to learn if you can't understand or remember anything.

Im very interested in all kinds of stuff, that's why this is so upsetting. The two main things are art and music. I've been drawing/painting for probably 14 years(most of my life) I took two years of graphic design in high school and now I'm in college for media arts. I've also been trying to learn guitar for the last 5 years. I've also tried learning spanish and html/css
