Well to make a long story short

It shouldn't have been transmitted through her vagina. You probably caught it through airborne particles, as usual. Most illnesses, strep included, are the most contagious before you even have symptoms. It also, like many illnesses, incubates for a while.
She cannot, however, catch strep from you again, assuming you got it form her. She is now immune to that strain of strep and cannot be reinfected with it.

Thank you for actual advice, but I think it may have been from eating her out as some women carry strep A in their vans but have the antibodies and it shouldn't affect someone who eats them out unless their immune system is kill which mine was
