Lemon water usually clears mucus, but if it's an issue with your lungs, it' an issue with your lungs and there isn't much that's going to help that.
Depending on whether your asthmatic, you could go to a doctor and get nebulized if it's posing a significant issue. Otherwise, just treating the root cause will lighten the symptoms.

Are you saying you can't breath at all, or just not through your nose?
Try taking a hot bath or a shower, the steam can help.

Can't figure out which folder to save it in. It's too good to go in general pepes or reaction pepes, but I don't know if it counts as a rare pepe because it's a scene rather than a portrait.

Go in the bathroom, put the shower on the absolute highest setting it will go to (don't stand under it, obviously), turn the extractor off and shut the door. The steam will get you cleared out in 15 minuites, just remember to ventilate the room as best you can afterwards.
