What the fuck is this?
How do I treat this?
I noticed this two weeks ago. It started out as something like miniature pimples that I couldn't pop.
Now it developed into something like fucking snake skin that I can get off if I rub it hard enough, but it leaves a burning area that is either red or orange.
Also, from time to time it's itching like a motherfucker.
Is this an early form of psoriasis?

looks like some dry ass skin, I would lube that sucker up with lotion for a month and if doesn't get better see a dermatologist

Could be scabies, they usually start on hands and fingers. Do they hurt? Are pimples full of transparent liquid? Is it itchy? Then it could be scabies. It usually goes away in few weeks.

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think it's called a "hand".

The layer of dry skin doesn't hurt.
The pimples didn't hurt either, but they weren't full of any liquid. They were just points of skin standing out. Maybe one or two had liquid, but nothing else, otherwise I'd notice it.
It gets itchy once a day or two. Otherwise it's like regular skin.

Could be eczema or psoriasis, the miniature pimples lean me to think the former.
Here's a second photo, now with a bit of the "snake skin" rubbed off.

It's eczema. Moisturise and stop picking at it, you're making it worse.
change your dish/hand soap.
happened to me after a few weeks of using Dawn Detergent to wash my hands (worked at an auto shop)

Dish soap is designed to strip oils---which includes the oils on your skin.

when you work at an auto shop and your hands are covered in oil 20+ times a day, I think you'd start to crave some oil stripping soap aswell.

Scurvy-hemerroidus C. It's mortality rate is somewhere like 90%. Rare disease. Consult your nearest firearms dealership for advice in how to blow your brains out.
(or go see a clinic, chances are it's nothing at all)(ps, sorry for being a douche)
vaseline
Keep scratching it. You'll eventually uncover the healthy skin beneath.

My hands do this despite getting TONS of moisturizer rubbed into them for at least 20 minutes day, sometimes multiple times a night and even on days off.
Do you think I have eczema too?

It's hand cancer.
My brother died because of that shit.
