To clarify, I've just been thinking about this lately, and if i could make this decision without any consideration of her feelings and ties that I've made with her family, i would choose to not be with her. I don't think I'd be too much happier overall though, so I don't know if me becoming slightly more happy is worth the amount of pain that she would experience. I get that i should talk to her about how i feel but there aren't really any specific problems that i can think of

She wants to be with you long term, you do not. No amount of "talking things through" is going to make you fall back in love with her, in fact that would just make things worse by giving her a reason to be paranoid. Every day you're with her now is one more day of wasted time for the both of you. Getting out of a relationship you don't want to be in doesn't make you a bad person, but leading someone on indefinitely does.
