Perhaps you have some pent up anger that you don't have a good outlet for.
Maybe you are just missing general direction or purpose. Maybe you are in a position in life where you don't feel like you have any power or control. Or maybe you just have a ton of testosterone that needs expressing (totally normal, I often see young men with no proper outlet for these natural feelings. Any necessarily "destructive" pursuits like hunting, contact sports, ect. are usually not as available or frowned upon nowadays).
