I'm about to start a job at a hospital as an anesthesia technician. I'm very excited but the physician I'll be working under is my girlfriend's father.
How do I not fuck this up? How can I make a good impression on him and show him that I'm not a shitbag or a dumbass?

OP, what if one of your patients died under anesthesia, and your girlfriend's father is convinced it's your fault because you administered it wrong? What if the patient has children and they all grow up blaming you?
