Hello, /adv/. We are conducting a study on anonymous message boards, to learn more about people who use them, and the reasons. We would really appreciate if you could spend 5 minutes of your time answering this survey, it would greatly help our research.
Also, once its done, you can see the statistics to see what other people have answered. specifically, we are interested in people who browse /adv/ in particular. Thanks in advance! Also, feel free to ask any questions or write comments and suggestions. Thanks!

You might have better luck, if you make the form anonymous. Having to login and reveal ones identity, is kind of a deal-breaker. There's a reason we hang out anonymously.

What's this study about? Is this for a class? What are you hoping to find? Where are you from?

Heck no. I write on an anonymous forum for a reason.

I just now realized that my identity will not be revealed. (Google told me.)
My apologies!

The banner, at the top, mentions that your identity won't be revealed. I do still agree with you, though!

>Google told me
fuck that shit
also, your form is weak and your statistical abilities are a joke
Yes OP is a faggot, nĂ³ this is not what advice should be used for. Survey completed

Right.. 'cause it's quite unlikely, that some of us can actually read, right?

Bullshit, Google records everything we do. I don't trust a banner. Promises can be made, but as soon as my information is attached to other information, it is possible for that connection to be leaked.
I don't take chances. Not for some random OP on 4chan who wants help with his statistics class.
I use my google account for my professional life. You can't even make throwaway gmail accounts anymore, they ask for your phone number.

> Google records everything we do
Indeed they do. You've even agreed to let them sell that information!
> it is possible for that connection to be leaked.
Well.. yeah. So is your presence on 4chan. You're probably being tracked right now, to be honest.
> I don't take chances. Not for some random OP on 4chan who wants help with his statistics class.
Couldn't agree more. I'm staying away as well.
> I use my google account for my professional life.
Same. I only ever log into it, when I need to do something company related. I don't want my searches saved to that account.
