how to make a move on my coworker?

>work in a restaurant/cafe type place
>22, work most days as im full time until college starts again
>coworker is 25, masters student and only works on weekends
>we always get on really well whenever we work together, always talk about music and other non work things
>haven't ever hung out outside of work
>work bbq coming up where i will get to spend some time with her

what should i do /adv/? i like her a lot and want to fuck her/go on a date with her but don't know how to go about it at a work event

How to do it? Don't. It could make work awkward if things go south. It may seem like she's into, but maybe just wants to remain friends or just stay that creepy coworker who stares at her ass all day.

Just ask her if she wants to go for a drink after work. If you work in a cafe/bar. She'll probably say yes.
