So /adv/ I have some question about a suspected sebaceous cyst at the base of my penis, on my scrotum. I would like to apologize for the potato cam. Does it look infected? It has been this big until the last few days and it normally isn't irritable like it is currently. Also, should I attempt to remove it and/or seek medical attention? I currently have epiditimitis as well, although I'm not sure that would be correlated.

I don't think it's infected. Is there any swelling or redness? If its irritated, it's probably going to burst soon. Leave it be unless it gets bigger or starts showing signs of being infected.

You could also get it lanced by your doctor. I wouldn't risk popping that baby at home.
I'd try neosporin a day or two, see a doctor if that doesn't work.
