I really love my live and how it us going now but my shity character don't lat me be happy.
When I tired I have bad mood. But I can accept bad mood without reason and I find it. Than this reason by itself lead to bad mood and psychosis. I try many sedative meds but nothing helps. Maybe some how I can train my character?
This type of abstraction requires concise communication. If english isn't your first language I suggest you talk to someone who speaks what you speak.

I talk with lot of people. The only solution that I find. Is to discuss the new reason with some one how can disapprove it. But it takes only few day's maybe week to create new one. I hate this. It is like all free time that I have I try to find reason why I can considere my life as shity.

I don't think you know english well enough to convey whatever it is you are trying to say, there are boards that speak your language, it would be much easier for you if you defaulted to those alternatives
