Have an exam in a few hours but I've been awake for 24. I don't drink or know anything about coffee, would drinking a cup before my exam help keep me awake or would it ruin my concentration?

Just go to any local store and get some caffeine pills. Way cheaper and more effective since all you want is the rush to keep you up and focused.

Sleep, if you make sure somebody will wake you up.
I would refrain from coffee, its effects are personal, though.

I would but it takes me two hours to get to the venue. I'm thinking I'll just drink some juice instead, I don't really want to get jittery.
