What are you trying to do OP? Just get (free) money? Your money has to be taken from somewhere (bank account or card) and you can also recieve money into paypal that you can later withdraw into your banking account.
Sounds like you're trying to use paypal without really using it's main features.

You could try a pre-paid card. It sounds like you'll just like to hold your money in paypal (as if it were a bank).

Why not just get an account? It's more convenient overall, and you'll gain interest and access to investment options.

For most things, yes. It's more difficult to get that money in your physical pocket though. Having a bank account allows you many more options.
