I'd care more about how she feels about this now. Kids do some fucked up stuff when they're trying to figure out their identity, and it's not necessarily indicative of who they grow into.

I personally don't judge people for mistakes long in the past. It's really up to you whether it's something you can deal with or not. The most concerning part is the fact that she was only 14. The fact that she did so at such a young age and was so open about could imply issues with sexuality or even sexual trauma. Again, not something I would end a relationship over. I would be very apt to help them face and release their issues in a healthy way, but some people simply can't.
Also she was only 14. It's not the same as a grown women or even a 16 or 27 year old. She didn't understand the consequences of her behavior, she was probably easily flattered and manipulated, and at such a young age her parents should have been more present in preventing such. It's hard to blame a child completely for acts they weren't mentally mature enough to comprehend the consequences to or even rationally consent to.
If you can't handle it then do both of yourselves a favor and end it. Just realize it's because you personally can't handle that baggage and it's not because she's some crazy open star

Does she have a positive male role model? Because that's behavior that's indicative of the opposite.

Doesn't necessarily mean she's a bad person, though. Probably just had a misguided youth.
