I've been having an issue for the past 5 or so weeks; I've been finding it harder to cum and it's been taking longer. I decided to try again last night after leaving it for a week and I didn't feel anything, I wasn't getting turned on and just used my fingers really fast to almost force the orgasm. I feel broken somehow; this has never happened before and I don't know why it is now. I don't excessively masturbate, I would say on average twice a week.
I've suffered before with depression but I haven't felt particularly down recently so I don't think it's stress related. I'm not on any medication either.
Could this be a hormone issue?
Should I see a doctor? What would I even say?

It's all in your head.
Get that sorted out first and the rest will follow.
You waited a week and nothing? Perhaps considering getting a vibrator but be even more frugal when you use it than you do now.

How do I sort it out though? I can't not get in my head about it. I'm really worried.
Shouldn't the orgasm itself be unaffected if it's purely mental?
it's called age
there is no cure
get used to it

Seriously, age? She's 23 and she's forcing orgasms.
I would wager it's what >>17222372 said.

No, unfortunately orgasms can be suppressed by mental issues. You'll have to relax and not worry about it.
