Try to find a partner on the same gym. Could be a friend or someone that workout on the sames hours of you.

I matriculated my girlfriend on my gym one year ago. I soon discovered that the days that I was not going to the gym or asking her to go without me, she never went. So I started to go just to make her go too.

Today we workout 3-4 days a week and don't give a fuck if the other is going or not

I like the working out,it taught me to discipline myself which I used in other factors of my life.
