How do I fight my depression? I'm always distracting myself with hobbies, work, and reading but it keeps crawling back into my life. It always happens when I'm completely alone, ignored, or see all my friends having fun without me. I don't despise them or anything and I don't why this happens this since I've always been a loner/introvert with little to no friends.

How poor? I'm an amerifag and poor as fuck too. You sure you don't have a medical benefits card? No health insurance? If you have anything, visit your local mental health program in your city. Their should be one unless your state/city is regressed. Some colleges and Uni have psychologists if you're attending one. Highschool too, but not as well informed. Reply back op
