Could be topical exposure to chemical or iritant . Could be odd manifestation of herpes. Could be tissue abrasion . Anything odd go on lately? Investigate the rest of your body for odd spots?

Checked and there was no other irregular spots apart from the elbows, I was working with harsh cleaning chemicals a week ago so not sure if it might be that.

I was screened about four weeks ago for any STDs as well as HIV/AIDS and they all came back negative, could go get screened again though

Wouldn't think so, but I was exposed to harsh cleaning products containing sodium hydroxide, bleach and other products
