It's easy to know why I think I'm a failure, but it's not easy to do anything about it because every time I something my all, I make it worse.

Start slowly building a skill. Preferably in something you have an in. Also probably something where you can see visible results. For example, building shit. Eventually you'll notice you're getting better and other people will as well.
