We aren't having kids for a couple more years, but I do intend for them to be civilised and meet someone civilised regardless of their race.

My mother has never had a job (usually cleaning) for longer than a month, she rarely gets out of bed before the afternoon, she lives on welfare and support payments from dad for my siblings.
Some of my siblings saw me get myself up and go to schools, some followed my example, some didn't.
It all depends on how you are raised, how you take to it and if you bother to better yourself, like how some white kids in nice households end up being lazy despite having successful parents.
