What should I try messaging this girl? Anyways, when i sent her the first message on April 26 here, she had not logged in since like April 10th. So then its a month later in May and I figure she might not be logging on again in a long time, so I messaged her again to give her my email on May 18th. Then on May 30th she logged in and viewed my profile....but didn't respond.
Am I fucked? What should I message her? I at least want to try something. Maybe she's shy right? Or did I sperg out and dig myself a hole here? She's really cool...

Don't message her again. If she actually responds eventually, great, but you risk looking like a creep if you try to reach out to her yet again. It'll probably scare her off and you'll just look even more desperate. Just wait and see. If nothing happens, move on.
