I'm lost in my life

Im a 20 year old college student.
I first started saving up for a car about a year ago (before that i spent money like crazy and always had debt on my credit card)
Long story short but I was rushed into buying a car when i wanted to pay off my debt first.
I got into a car accident and my insurance decided it wasn't going to help me at all, so i was left broke, with a crashed car and a grand in debt.
Then I lost my job, and failed my classes at school, who threatened to kick me out.
I got myself together and got a new job, fixed my car, paid for my next semester of classes, but over time my debt kept piling up and started becoming too much for me to even think about.
I started paying my debt off after a while , and got half of it cleared, as well as getting my grades up immensely, but then I woke up one day, and found out that I had herniated a disc in my back (Doctor said it was the biggest one ages ever seen). The pain grew more and more intense to the point where i could hardly do anything except lay down (which still hurt a lot). Because of that I lost my job again, and the doctor told me not to sit at all even for classes, which my teachers weren't happy about even after i explained to them, and I'm failing my classes again as well as my debt growing because i can't pay it off. I feel like giving up on life so much. I feel lost and i feel like I'm in a hole ill never be able to get myself out of. Any advice?
