If you haven't seen a doctor yet, do so immediately. Go to an ENT doc. They can prescribe you percocet. I get prescription opiates every time I have an ear infection. It's 2K16, no need to suffer.....

An infection generally does not go away on it's own. Especially if it is this bad already.
You need to see a doctor and get antibiotics.
In the mean time, stay away from high altitude areas, drink lots of water, take a hot shower, and apply a warm pad or warm washcloth over the ear.
But this will not go away on it's own. The longer you wait, the higher the risk of damaging your ear. Get to a doctor, anon. I'm sorry for your pain.
