I was doing some pushups last night and as I was reaching my limit I felt a sharp pain in my head. It went away after resting for a few minutes.
Today too I felt a slight pain when I was doing pushups but I stopped before it was big.

Im turning 21 soon and on my health checkup a year ago everything was great and I had perfect blood pressure.
What is happening and should I be worried?
