how do i mentally cope with people who are near me saying "that girl is smart" when i am just a 70 average student and it makes me feel inferior? im also in shitty colleges.

Most people aren't smart. They just appear smart because they are confident. Most colleges/universities have a C average anyway, so you can feel good about yourself.
