How do I get over the fact that I'll never have a cute girlfriend?
I'm probably a 4/10 on a good day. I'm also quite short at 5'4", so. All the girls I've dated I've only been attracted to somewhat. The best looking one might've been like a 5, and broke up with me because her friends teased her.
I know this sounds like some high schooler post. But whenever I see a really cute girl it kills me because I'll never have a chance. I don't know how to accept it...

Stoicism, I guess. Let me be frank: it's better to be alone than settle. Just get on the other things you enjoy in life, delve into those.
My guess (based on personal experience, but admittedly that doesn't lift it above a guess) is that out of the bottom half of the appearance curve, many, probably most, are just settling so they won't have to be lonely, and are not really happy. On average, hot people have more, better sex and are just happier in general. That's just life.
Now, your odds aren't good in any case, BUT if you focus on your other interests and loves in life, that at least will make you interesting, a rounded personality, and give you a slightly better chance. You have to do it sincerely though, it can't just be a ploy to score or you'll most likely end up sad, lonely and desperate anyway. If your itch for companionship gets too strong, watch porn or even buy hot hookers now and then, I guess; at least they won't have to wonder why you have recourse to professionals.
(This is all taking for granted, by the way, that your self-description is correct. If there's a chance you just have some fucked up mental disorder, get that checked first, obviously.)

The girls that are the prettiest, often have the most problems, insecurities, and commitment issues. Just relax, be yourself, and don't beat yourself by putting yourself down like that.
