19/malet here. I hadn't checked my height in months because I thought my growth plates had closed,
but turns out I grew half an inch.
Is there anything I can do to grow more before my growth plates close for good?

i hear we absorb calcium until we are 23. and while thats mostly bone thickness, im sure it cant hurt. get your daily calcium requirements. actually eat healthy. people like to think growing is 100% going to happen on its own, but kids who grew up eating nothing but junk often dont get too tall cuz your body needs those nutrients and energy to grow.
work on posture, you lose a lot to simply having bad posture.
sorry to tell you this, but if genetics doesnt help, nothing will

You can't magically change your DNA that will make you taller. Thank your ancestors who had poor nutrition.
Don't smoke weed or cigs, work out, posture, eating well, but don't expect to grow too much
