I'll be taking an 11 hour trip, traveling from N. Utah, to Saint George, then on to Las Vegas, Las Angeles and finally Huntington Beach California.
I'm originally from Philadelphia, so I know what city driving is like but for the past 3 years, I've barely been down from the mountains, been living in a small town above 7000ft elevation. When I get into LA, Ill be in a town with a greater population than my Entire State. This will also be, by far, the longest trip I've ever taken on a motorcycle.
I'm thinking its best to leave my house at midnight, so its still early when I hit the Nevada Desert and traffic wont be too bad in Las Angeles. Then again, Las Angeles traffic might always be bad. I've only been there once when I was like, 15.
Any LA Fags give me some advice?
What are the odds my bike gets stolen if i leave it unattended for an hour or two?
what are the odds I get run over in Las Angeles?
Will Traffic be bad @ 2pm on a Saturday afternoon?
What are some must see places if I'm going to be in the area?
Good Roads to ride while I'm there?
