I think my 11 year old depression is starting to reach a critical point. I kind of want to hurt people now. I feel like a shaking soda bottle. I'm trying to keep it in but I fear that I'll eventually pop. Deep-down I don't want to hurt people but I am just so angry with society that I feel like it needs a lesson.

Should I kill myself before I have any chance of hurting others?

If you want to "hurt people" there's more afoot than depression.

But to answer your question, yes. If you think you're going to take an innocent life because you're neurotic, go ahead and kill yourself.

I tell myself the same thing.
