So I have thick dark brown hair and whenever I wake up I have a head full of dandruff. I take showers daily at different times and it still comes up when i wake up, or even sometimes mid day. Its getting to be a problem because I can literally get a comb and move it around my head for like a minute and get loads of dandruff to fall out. I tried taking a shower the at night before bed and nothing, mid day nothing. What can I do about this? Will the pic related selsun blue work, and if I get it will it replace the shampoo or just be used after it or whatever?

Use Jason's Natural Anti Dandruff Shampoo. Head and Shoulders/Selsen Blue and all the salicyclic acid only shampoos suck terribly. Colloidal Sulfur is what really works for dandruff and the Jason's shampoo is the only one that got rid of it and kept it away.

Do I replace my Shampoo with that? Or do I use shampoo then the Jason's?
I'd pop into the doctor's office. It could be psoriasis.
Even if it's not, there are prescription-only anti-dandruff shampoos that could be a big help.
I used to have dandruff.
It's your shampoo, switch to selsun blue and stick to it or it will keep coming back.
