so last night i was listening to music with my headphones and i can hear perfectly fine. I take them off to scratch the inside of my ear and as soon as I do my hearing becomes muffled and tinny (kinda like if you have water in your ear)
It got a lot worse today and now the hearing in my left ear has gone to shit and its super muffled. i tried earwax cleaner for a solid hour and it didn't do anything. I don't think its an infection cuz it happened too quick. Wat do?

ive tried the basic stuff like swallowing, yawning, tilting your head downward, valsalva, etc. hasn't really done anything
I've never heard of earwax cleaners. I normally just drop some hydrogen peroxide and rest my head for about 20-30 minutes.
Also, everytime you shower, run warm water into your ear and clean it out real well afterwards. It'll keep it from happening again.

Go to your doctor. You can ask them to clean out your ear with a syringe. I had to have it done once when my hearing was fucked.
You could buy a syringe yourself and try it but there's the chance you will perma damage your eardrum.
