This, use ketoo shampoo, it actually werks.

I used head and shoulders 5 times a week and it has cured my dandruff 100%.

It does come back if I stop using it, but it will take a week or so.

Also tea tree oil works great .


I cycle. Between keto shampoo and coal tar shampoo.
Them i use a leave in shampoo mixed with tea tree oil.


Lastly. Dont pick at it dont pull it off.
