I love the big window.
Maybe a cool IKEA rug to cover the floor and then some fun beanbags?
One of those nice circular cozy couches to stare out the window with.

board up windows inside and outside
use windowsills to keep figurines
reinforce door frame
install solid metal door
use magnets to hang stuff of door
put bump proof, eight pin lock on door
put cameras outside door with monitor above inside of door
soundproof the walls
put in a ductless ac system
furnish simply (bed, desk, lamp, chair, bookshelf, nightstand, side table, mini fridge, gun rack. maybe a few other things)
Simple just put bear grylls in there.
